With over 30 years of management experience, founder and president
Jerry Teske knows the importance of property and building management,
and what the developer/owner needs in basic management policy and
up-to-date procedures and techniques.
Co-founder Thomas J. Thomson’s knowledge, insight
and success in many diverse fields of real estate stems from over
30 years experience as both a developer and owner, and therefore can
relate to clients’ needs based upon firsthand knowledge. Together,

We develop a management plan reflecting expense control
in areas including utility consumption, tax assessment, supervision
of services by suppliers and preventative maintenance schedules to
minimize capital expenditures.
ACCOUNTING
We implement sound accounting techniques to assure
full investment potential.
We provide accurate, timely financial statements
and introduce systems for the orderly handling of accounts payable
and receivables.
MARKETING
Based upon the property’s situation,
we implement programs to reach prospective residents/tenants with
the property’s benefits and amenities.
We invest in our people through training programs,
seminars and continuing education to stay current on marketing techniques
and changes within the industry.
